At Korider, we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your ride experience or have encountered any issues, Our policy processes refund within a timeframe of 2 to 3 days.
Cancellation Policy:
For rides cancelled by the passenger:
Cancellations made within 60 minutes of booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 30 minutes of booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For rides cancelled by the driver:
If a driver cancels a ride after accepting it, passengers will not be charged, and they may be eligible for a refund if payment has already been processed.
Service Disruptions:
In the event of service disruptions or delays caused by Korider, passengers may be eligible for a refund of the fare or compensation in the form of ride credits.
Quality of Service:
If a passenger is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided (e.g., cleanliness of the vehicle, behavior of the driver), they may request a refund or compensation. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, passengers must contact Korider customer support within 24 days of the ride.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exceptions:
Refunds may not be provided in cases of late arrival due to traffic conditions, passenger no-shows, or changes in travel plans made by the passenger.

Korider reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to passengers via our website, app, or email.
